Parish Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer for Limpsfield Parish Council
Would you like to support the Parish Council to help make Limpsfield a better place? After a successful referendum, the Parish Council now has a Neighbourhood Plan which is part of the development plan for Tandridge District Council, (see www.limpsfieldnp.org).
As Clerk to the Council you help take forward the objectives of the plan, advise and assist the Council in its statutory duties, to include preparing agendas and taking minutes. You also manage the finances.
The role is part-time 15 hours per week to include a full Council meeting the second Monday of the month, attendance at some subcommittees, and the remainder working from home. You will also be involved in the project management for some Neighbourhood Plan implementation initiatives.
Excellent literary, numeracy, communication, project management and IT skills are required. The salary is £9,750.
First interviews will take place on Thursday 10th October 2019, and final interviews on 17th October 2019.
