The Guildford Classical Association aims to foster an interest in Classics in the local community.

Talks are organised for members of the public who are interested in Classics. For school pupils there are a Reading Competition, a Certamen (Latin/classics quiz) and various talks, including conferences to aid preparation for GCSE and A Level. There are also termly Teach Meets for Classics teachers.
