Welcome to Ewell Astronomical Society - serving sky watchers in Southwest London and North Surrey.

Ewell Astronomical Society was founded by Phil Ringsdore in 1966 with Sir Patrick Moore as its patron. Following Sir Patrick's death in 2012 Professor Ian Morison accepted an invitation to become the society's patron. A position he still holds.

Please note that this version of the site will be closing in January due to the closure of the surreycommunity info service.  The new site is at www.ewellastronomy.org
