Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that the Meeting of the Parish Council will be held at The Old School, Poyle Road, Tongham, on the 19th May 2008 at 7.30pm.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out in the Agenda.
Provision will be made for Public Question Time.
