Mr David Worsfold - Chairman

Mr Don Henderson - Vice-Chairman and Planning Commitee member

 Don Henderson has lived in Ockham with his family for more than 30 years. Don is a solicitor (now retired) and his legal career was principally in property and planning, together with legal management. He is vice-chairman of the Council and Chairman of the Council's Planning Committee. He had previously been Chairman of the Council for thirteen years. His particular parish interests are planning and environmental issues. He is a member of the Guildford Borough Council Standards and Audits Committee and has also served as a vice-chairman of the Surrey County Association of Town and Parish Councils. He currently chairs a regular meeting of neighbouring parish councils which have come together to discuss matters of common interest.

Mrs Helen Jefferies - Planning Committee member

Helen Jefferies moved to Ockham 19 years ago and now lives here with her husband and daughter who is at secondary school. She sits on the Council Planning Committee and is also a member of the Ockham and Hatchford Residents' Association. Helen speaks on behalf of the OHRA and the PC on planning issues. She is particularly keen to preserve the rural identity of the area.

Mrs Mary-Claire Travers - WAAG representative

Claire Travers was born and educated in  Australia were she completed a Bachelor of Education, a Post graduate diploma in Educational Studies, and, was awarded a scholarship to do a Masters in Education. She has taught in both Australia and the UK. Coming to the UK in 1978. Claire has developed several large residential properties in both Australia and the UK which involved change of use applications and in one case Royal Parks consent .She is a member of Young Presidents Organisation ( an organisation of some 10,000 CEO's in 60 countries) as Spouse and carried out international Board presentations for female /spouse participation. Claire is a committee member and honorary secretary of WAAG (Wisley Airfield Action Group) a  local action group formed to protect former Wisley airfield from unsuitable development. She assists funding and overseeing Proxima group a -family company dedicated to developing new healthcare products in diabetes, osteoporosis and cancer

She has lived in Ockham for 16 years and has raised 3 children here.
