Surrey Information Point

Surrey Information Point is a new online directory of information, services and activities helping to support adults in Surrey to live independently. The website brings together accurate, up to date and easy to find information on community services, facilities and health conditions.

The directory is aimed at all adults in Surrey, particularly those who experience barriers to living independently, as well as their carers and families.

The website also provides an information resource for health and social care professionals and community organisations.

The project is a partnership between Surrey County Council, NHS Surrey and Social Information on Disability, but was developed with representatives from user and carer organisations, providers, voluntary sector organisations and district and borough councils.
