The John Bristow and Thomas Mason Trust is a registered charity (no. 1075971) with a limited and very specific area of benefit covering much of the Charlwood, Hookwood and Lowfield Heath area.

The Trustees meet around 5 or 6 times a year and are always pleased to consider applications for grants from individuals or local organisations, however, it must be stressed that all grants have to be for the benefit of those residents in the area of benefit.

The objects of the Trust, that is the things the Trustees are able to spend money on, are laid down by the Charity Commission and include grants for educational purposes, the provision and support of local activities and for the relief of residents in the area of benefit who are in need, hardship or distress, or are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm.

For anyone who would like to apply for a grant for the benefit of any residents who qualify please telephone the Trust Secretary on 01293 785556 to request an application form.
