1. For those interested in Pewley Down there will be a talk at 7 pm to the GEF Biodiversity Group by Peter Curnock entitled "Pewley's butterflies in the Surrey context" on Wednesday, 27 Jan in the Council Chamber, GBC.
2. For your diary: In order to raise money for the Guildford Cathedral Music Development Foundation you are invited to "come and sing" the Faure Requiem in the Cathedral on Saturday, 27 Feb. It will cost £10, which includes interval refreshments, + £3 for music hire if you haven't your own copy. The rehearsal starts at 3 pm and the performance is at 7 pm.
