Hersham Churches Together (HCT) set up two stands at this year's Hersham village fayre, which was held on the village green on Saturday 5 July from 12 noon until 4pm. A selection of photographs from the fayre are shown below.
In one of the HCT tents a group of ladies provided free hand massage and foot rubs to approximately 45 fayre goers throughout the day.
In the tent next door, a free bag and plant créche was provided to allow visitors to leave their luggage behind and collect it later in the day. We also talked to various people about The Alpha Course, which will be starting in September 2008.
At 12:30pm a colour parade joined the fayre, which had journeyed along Burwood Road.
The fayre was also attended by representatives from Surrey Police, Surrey libraries, Hersham in Bloom and Heathside jazz band as well as many others.
