A poem of celebration
Today’s a day of celebration,
Friends from far and near are here,
Sharing tales of past experience
Stretching over 50 years.
God teaches us through bible study
How we can draw near to him,
Giving us an ear to listen
When living in a world of sin.
We can feel God’s blessing on us
Learn about his future plans,
Know the love and warmth around us,
Lifting up our thankful hands.
Numbers swelled and prayers were answered;
Gifts made manifest and shared.
We thank you God for watchful guidance
Showing us how much you cared.
