Epilepsy Action is delighted to announce the launch of a new service for helpline users: the text message service.

If you have a question about epilepsy you will be able to contact us by sending a text from your mobile phone. A member of the advice and information team will aim to send a text reply back to your phone within 24 hours (on working days).

To use this service, simply save the above number in your phone. You can text at any time, day or night. Texts charged at your usual network rate.
