TONGHAM PARISH COUNCIL Tongham lies in the western reaches of the Borough of Guildford. The principal services provided by the Parish Council are the provision of allotments, the Poyle Road Recreation Ground, children's play areas at St. Paul's School and Poyle Road Recreation Ground, bus shelters, village seating and the upkeep of areas where the parish have a responsibility.
