PAMS is a self-help support group for anyone affected by MS, particularly the newly diagnosed, the young, the young-at-heart and their families and friends, living in the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames and the surrounding areas.

We are a local charity providing vital services to children and young adults with multiple disabilities in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. We run two day centres in Camberley and Cove for adults aged 18-40, Easter and summer teenagers' activity schemes, and a music therapy service that operates both on-site and in homes and schools.

The branch runs meetings in Guildford, Haslemere and Reigate to provide information, help and support for those diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and their families and provide fellowship with other members. Talks and demonstrations help understand the nature of the condition. A welfare visiting service is offered and there is a Parkinson's Disease specialist Nurse at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.

Aims of the P.D.S. are to help patient and relatives with problems arising from the disease to; collect and disseminate information on Parkinson's Disease; and to encourage and provide funds for research into Parkinson's Disease.
The Staines branch meets every third Thursday of the month (except August) at the Salvation Army Centre, Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, Middlesex.

Perthes Association is an entirely voluntary organisation which aims to help and advise families of children suffering from Perthes Disease and associated conditions e.g. all forms of Osteochondritis and Multiple Epiphyseal Dysplasia. There is a helpline, contact register and an equipment library, including hand propelled trikes, tummy trolleys etc.

Physically handicapped and able bodied sailing on Sunday afternoons April-October at Littleton Sailing Club, Littleton Lane, Shepperton, Surrey. The first and third Sunday of each month 2pm-5pm.
They have trimarans built not to capsize and specifically designed for disabled people, and an experienced crew of helpers.
Beginners and experienced sailors welcome.

The Pilgrim Ringers are a local team with three octaves of handbells. We practise weekly on Wednesday evenings at Normandy Village Hall.
Concerts are given to local groups, WI members, elderly and disabled people. We welcome new members, it is helpful if you can read music. We gain satisfaction from giving pleasure to others and have fun in the process.

The club meets at Pyrford Village Hall, usually on the first Friday in each month at 8pm for a Folk Dance, and on the third Thursday at 7.45 pm for a Folk Dance Workshop.
The dances are as in Barn Dances, Country Dances, and Square Dances, usually from traditional English sources.
