PAMS is a self-help support group for anyone affected by MS, particularly the newly diagnosed, the young, the young-at-heart and their families and friends, living in the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames and the surrounding areas.

The branch runs meetings in Guildford, Haslemere and Reigate to provide information, help and support for those diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and their families and provide fellowship with other members. Talks and demonstrations help understand the nature of the condition. A welfare visiting service is offered and there is a Parkinson's Disease specialist Nurse at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.

We are a youth arts training company. We provide a youth theatre, plus a one year volunteer training course in Peer Education Through Theatre and Film. We run community arts projects with a wide variety of hard to reach groups including young people at risk of exclusion, and older people.

Physically handicapped and able bodied sailing on Sunday afternoons April-October at Littleton Sailing Club, Littleton Lane, Shepperton, Surrey. The first and third Sunday of each month 2pm-5pm. They have trimarans built not to capsize and specifically designed for disabled people, and an experienced crew of helpers. Beginners and experienced sailors welcome.
