Just Advocacy Just Advocacy provided independent professional advocacy for adults with learning disabilities who live in West Surrey. Just Advocacy also provide the Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA) Service in West Surrey for people who lack the cacpity to make certain important decisions.
